Laurel is the Founder & CEO of Grace Talent Partners, a retained Recruitment firm for Founders and CEOs.

In the firm's first year, she personally placed over a dozen leaders at companies backed by Sequoia, Bessemer, Y Combinator, Microsoft Ventures, and GitHub Fund — building the practice as a one-woman shop. Prior, she led teams and Executive Search both in-house and in agency. She's obsessed with craft, operationally rigorous, and trusted by top Founders and CEOs for her depth and caliber.

She's inspired by Founders, artisans, and the timelessness of work done with care. She cherishes time with the people, places, and passions that matter most, and is passionate about seeing more women become Founders and CEOs.

She graduated from UC Berkeley and lives in San Francisco with her husband.
